| Abstract: | The problem of iodine deficiency is very actually in Ukraine. The assortment of prophylactic food is salt limited. But а modern trend in nutrition is decreasing of salt consumption. In view of this introducing of other iodine complexes are welcoming. The objectives of our research are working up new kinds of dried mixes for hot drinks and processed cheeses. |
