| Abstract: | In the article the principle attention is focused on bread making because it was the staple food for the реорІе. The poorest stratum of the population had made the bread from the com but after the second world war when the living standards improved the majority of the реорІе started making the bread from the flower. There are some differences in the habits of baking the bread what is related to the some particular week days of the week. |
