| Abstract: | The possibility of the determination of preservatives E 210 (benzoic acid (BA)) in juice and soft drinks by thin-layer chromatography method was investigated. The simple and reliable method of the quantitative determination of BA by thin-layer chromatography method in juice and soft drinks was developed. The europium chloride (III) in presence 1,10-phenanthroline was proposed as an enhanced solution, that provokes lanthanide-sensitized luminescence at BA presence on the chromatography plate. |
