| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано врегулювання питання щодо припинення трудових відносин за проектом Трудового кодексу України. Розглянуто додаткові підстави припинення трудових відносин за ініціативою роботодавця з надомниками, домашніми працівниками та спортсменами. Визначено доцільність вдосконалення проекту Трудового кодексу України. In the article the settling of the end of labor relations according to the project of Labor code of Ukraine is analyzed. The additional bases for the end of labor relations on employer’s initiative with outworkers, house workers and sportsmen are examined. The reasonability of іmprovement of the project of Labor code of Ukraine is defined. |
